Registration, payment and order confirmation

After making the order,

Choosing a courier delivery, he will contact you on the day of delivery to clarify the delivery time.

Choosing delivery by the DPD Pickup or Omniva parcel terminals you will receive a notification by SMS and e-mail that the order has been delivered!

Together with the order you will receive:

1. Purchase invoice / invoice in 2 copies

Return or exchange of goods

You can return / exchange the purchased item within 14 days from the date of purchase.

For this you need:

The original proof of purchase is required. Costs associated with the delivery you cover yourself. The product must be fully loaded and not being used.

Products purchased using the EUROSTYLE.LV online store can be returned within 14 days and receive paid money within 7 days from the date of return of the goods (except for the amount for delivery of the goods). The product can be returned if you are not satisfied with the color or size, and if the product is fully loaded, and was not in use. Goods can be returned by sending it by mail, courier or bring it in person to the addresses: s/c SAHARA Lubānas street 117A, LV-1082, Riga, Latvia (mon.-sat. 10:00-19:00 , sun. 10:00-18:00) or by parcel terminal Omniva or DPD pickup(“Rīgas T/C OLIMPIA pakomāts”Āzenes iela 5, Rīga, Latvija). When returning the goods, you must attach the original proof of purchase.

Warranty

Eurostyle.lv undertakes to repair or exchange goods for free in all cases regulated by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia – 2 years from the date of purchase. The goods are not exchanged and not repaired, if the damage appeared as a result of non-compliance with the rules and instructions for use, or if the goods were deliberately damaged, or repaired independently. All costs associated with the shipment of goods during the exchange, you do yourself.
